The 91 South Wine Bar & Pub is available to overnight guests during regular check in hours. For our local members, we are open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5:30 to 9:00. Our unique offering of 65 wines by the glass provides you with an enviable list to choose from.

Matt has personally selected every wine on our list. We focus on small vineyards from around the world; many of which are run by only a couple of people. Most are truly handcrafted wines. We seek out the undiscovered wine and offer an exceptional value for the price.

Bottles are offered at only $10 over retail (something you won't find at other restaurants), and the entire list are priced under $30. For the wine aficionado we have a second list of high value wines to select from.

Gorham, Maine is also home to the Sebago Brewing Company. You can always count on at least one of their great local beers available on tap. We also rotate other local or New England seasonal breweries on tap throughout the year.

Several times a year, we host winemakers from around the world and a select few are able to join us as we learn about their individual wine making technique and about their own wine experiences. To date we have hosted wine makers from Australia, Chile, Argentina, California, and many others locations. For those wishing to experience a personal tasting directly with the wine makers, ask to be added to our mailing list (Often we have short notice on their availability and will notify you via email).
