Check-in: Please check in between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. The PineCrest does not have 24 hour staff so we apologize but we are unable accommodate late check in for 3rd floor rooms, the Newport or the Covington.
Check-out: 11:00 AM - Occasionally our guests may have additional time to spend before catching a flight or making the return trip home. If this is the case, you are welcome to relax in the common areas of the Inn after the 11:00 check out time.
Methods of Payment: We accept Cash, Check, Travelers Check, Credit Cards.
Deposits: A one night deposit may be charged for reservations up to 4 nights. Longer stays may be subject to a 25% deposit.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Whole house bookings must be paid in full within 2 weeks of the initial reservation and are non refundable.
Single Nights Stays: We will do our best to accommodate single night room requests from May to November. But we have to reserve the right to shift room requests when absolutely necessary. We will notify you in the case we have to shift your reservation to a different room
How to Cancel: You must call the PineCrest at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than (14) fourteen days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, we ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full refund will be made. All refunds are subject to a 6% service charge. When corresponding via email with regards to a cancellation, you must include the original reservation confirmation in your email.
Changes to the dates of your Reservation: Reservations cancelled within the 14 day period may be re-booked for a future date but will be charged any applicable fees or charges. All charges will be subtracted from future reservation. If future dates are cancelled all fees and charges will be applied. No Shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the day of arrival may be charged regular rate.
Reservations with a date of arrival in under 14 days are non refundable.
Group reservations: May require a three night minimum stay. Number of total rooms may also be limited due to high impact seasonal periods.
Other: No Smoking ~ No Pets: A $200 fee will be charged to your card if smoking or excessive damage occurs in your room.
Children are Welcome! - Please read our family policies when bringing children to the Inn.
